From outright fraud of disappearing owners/CEO to missing cash that auditors cannot find to off-shore/on-shore convertible bonds redemption issues to lack of risk manangement strategies on futures trading. These are just specific companies I can recall off my head. You seem to be drilling down on the operational and technical aspects where auditors don't even really drill down in a standard ISO audit. You may want to consider becoming part of UTA executive to get those questions answered. No wonder you are being brushed aside.
