They all trade at similar valuations, whether you use EV/acre, EV/reserves, EV/production, are in the same geography, spend similar amounts on acreage and drilling, and issue stock repeatedly. Decline curves for these comps are readily available. While I like the idea, it is fairly weak if your main thesis is that 23 year olds are incompetent.
